Povison no worries ordering online
Delivery and customer service have been exceptional from Povison. The quality is also much better than local specialty store and much of what I’ve gotten from online sites. Images colors were spot on and fabric seems durable and easy to clean. Homerun!

AMAZING
Povison has been outstanding in every way. The online search and details were superb. Selecting and transacting was seamless. Delivery was less that 3 weeks and the white glove service could not be any better. And then there was the product itself...solid build, better in person than online, color match was exact, and the quality overall is amazing. We requested an additional piece after delivery that was a one off request and not available for purchase and an exception. Customer service was attentive and after just two conversations, the additional piece was approved and shipped. It has just made the sofa setup that much better. I don't believe my recap gives Povison the recognition they deserve. SIMPLY AMAZING

Working with Povison was great.
Working with Povison was a very smooth experience. We went in to the store on La Brea in Los Angeles and absolutely fell in love with the Marlowe 3-seater reclining sofa. The woman we spoke with was very helpful. We ordered the sofa, and it came within two weeks! Great store to go in and check out the different Sofa options. And great service. We love our Sofa.
