I reached out to them via email to returnan unused unopened camera and they offered a partial refund. I responded that I would like a full refund and they stopped communication. I followed up again and no response. Please don't buy anything from them!! Scamming people should not be supported.
I’ve contacted them numerous times to ask to return the product and they’re not interested they offered me a partial refund which I said I don’t want I want my money back . It’s Feb this was dec .

Total scam - item did not arrive before Christmas as promised. Requested a refund on 30th December- no reply to numerous emails. Do not order from this company!
I have been trying to contact this company since January 2nd. I have requested a return since the camera I received does not allow me to connect and it can be purchased on Amazon for $70 as opposed to the $230 I spent with this company. No one has responded.

Do not buy from this company - total scam and they don’t respond to emails. Product arrived 3 weeks late by which time I’d purchased an alternative and they won’t give details to make a return.
