I live on a remote Scottish island so I expect deliveries & returns to take a bit longer. Pour Moi, however, delivered my swimsuit in 3 days from the point of ordering - opposed to JD Williams 6 days.
I had to return the item to Pour Moi because it was too small. The return was super-easy & I was able to print off a free return label & post via Royal Mail the next day. 4 days later, I rec'd an email from Pour Moi saying the refund had been made but could take up to 5 working days to appear on my account. It was there in 2 days!!
Compare this to JD Williams whose whole process of delivery & return took 4 weeks & counting. I'm still waiting for a refund from them.
I know which company I'll be purchasing from in the future. Thank you for your customer care Pour moi!

Dreadful customer service. Do not recommend at all!
I ordered a few items in varying sizes over course of weeks so spent quite a bit of money as prices are not cheap but expected quality items and service - wrong!
I RETURNED one item costing £50, using online returns process via Royal Mail exactly as I was instructed to do. RM took order, scanned qr code and said ‘all done’. Nothing was given to me and I thought that was expected.
No refund arrived. On enquiring was told I wouldn’t be getting a refund as they hadn’t received my item back! I see now this is a known issue and others have sadly experienced the same thing!
I am so angry that despite spending a lot of money on other items, the customer service rep wasn’t even interested in looking into the issue. She kept repeating over and over there is nothing they can do as they can’t find the item and I wasn’t given a receipt!
I’d steer clear of this company unless you go to a shop and try it on there and then. Don’t use the online method unless you want to donate to the Pour Moi Directors’ holiday fund!!
On my last order there were 2 items missing upon delivery. I contacted Pour Moi and they were very understanding and helpful. I have been sentbout a replacement which has been received today. I'm over the moon. Fantastic customer service.

The customer service in the Kingston store was excellent when I visited recently. The lady who served me could not have been more helpful: she suggested items for me to try; brought alternatives to the changing rooms; and kept coming back to check to see how I was doing. All whilst helping other customers as well. Ultimately, my sizes were not in stock in the items that I wanted but I have now ordered and received them from the online store and the bikini that she suggested I try is exactly what I have been looking for.
I popped into the Leeds store in the hopes to find a bra that was well fitted for a wedding in a couple of weeks time. Beckie was extremely helpful. Not only did she find me a bra for the occasion, but she also found me a couple of beautiful, well fitting bras for everyday use. Will definitely be making the 80-mile round trip just to go back to the Leeds store, and more specifically for Beckies assistance
Excellent quality, fit, delivery and return procedure. I returning one of the bikinis due to the second one I ordered being a better fit for me, again, the return procedure covered all options for returning, it was simply with clear instructions.
Excellent bikini, the top had support, quality and fit, well done, I would highly recommend this brand.
I ordered the free spirit swimsuit and the fit was terrible, returning it.
I recently bought a bikini top and two bottoms. I am not young but the bottoms are high waist with stomach support and also high legs which are flattering. The bikini top is a 36FF which fits perfectly. It is so difficult to buy tops for the larger woman! I am looking forward to wearing these on my forthcoming cruise. Thank you Pourmoi for making such quality products.
Today, myself and my friend went to get new bras today. We had the best experience with Becky. She fitted us with the correct size bras. She was extremely supportive and helpful and professional. They had lots of styles for all shapes and sizes and even do swim & beachwear. Thank u Becky. Highly recommend.
I have been delighted with all my orders from Pour Moi. The swimwear is so lovely, fits really well and I particularly love the vibrant colours. Recently I bought a new swimming costume and matching beach dress for my holiday. The beach dress shrunk when I washed it, so I contacted Sam at Customer Services. She replied immediately and offered either a refund or a new dress. I opted for a new dress as I loved it so much. It arrived very quickly. I am very impressed with both the products and the service from this company.
The swimwear is always fabulous and fits so well. On my most recent order though I accidentally re-ordered a bikini i already have. Total brain fog! Sam in customer services immediately helped out and was so friendly and cancelled that so I could order a different one. Sam went above n beyond to be really lovely and had no idea how much that kindness made my day! Sam is a ⭐️
I love their swimming costumes and have bought many over the years .. left it to the last moment to get a new one for Greece and realising that I only had a few days before I left sent them an e mail asking if it would be possible to get a very quick delivery…. YES it arrived in two days! Can’t thank them enough .. what amazing customer service.
I ordered several items from Pour Moi. All were beautiful and true to the colours in the photos. Whilst away on holiday one of the swimsuits developed an issue and I emailed Pour Moi. I asked if I could exchange when I get back. To my surprise and delight they kindly offered to refund my item as they are out of stock. I had a flaw in the bra purchased on-line and contacted customer service via email. After sending photos of the damaged area, Pour Moi are sending a replacement straight away.

I went into pour moi in Kingston Surrey and I was greeted by a lovely girl called Musonda.
She greeted me and asked if I needed any help which I did so for two hours she spent trying to get me a costume and some bras for my holiday unfortunately a lot of the bikinis didn’t fit me as well as I would’ve liked but Musonda did her very best nothing was too much trouble. My experience was very good and I definitely be back.
Been a fan for years and have spent LITERALLY hundreds of pounds with Pour Moi. I big them up to everyone but this week I had a bad experience - I actually got sunburned through the fabric of a new swimsuit. I casually emailed and asked if this was a known problem with the particular design. I got a stock answer that only certain products are sun resistant, that environmental factors (like the fabric being wet) and the colour contribute to getting burned. Clearly they did know it was an issue but it felt like ‘victim blaming’. The swimsuit had not got wet and I made the point that I have NEVER burned through a swimsuit - no matter what brand or colour - ever before. I didn’t get a response. In all the years of shopping with Pour Moi, I have never seen a warning that fabrics may still permit burning. Their advice was to apply sun screen all over - even under swimwear. Not only have I never EVER heard this advice in my entire life, it certainly isn’t given/prominent on the Pour Moi website. Disappointed.
