My order NEVER ARRIVED

My order (order number PT#5847) placed on 24th August, 2025 has NEVER BEEN SENT TO ME! Despite sending 14 emails to them they have never replied! My credit card company has now reimbursed the £62.50 I spent and are trying too reclaim it from PoundToys

No one gets back to you

Been trying to contact them for over 10 days for a refund.
They do not return your emails even though they ask you to email them with a refund request and they do jot reply to forms you fill online.
