Absolute shambles of a company. Ordered 2 months ago and still no sign of it being dispatched. Was offered a £10 voucher, which was never fulfilled. Have requested cancellation and refund and still no reply. AVOID at all costs.
Totally shambolic
Absolutely terrible service - such a shame as this website used to be great but I will not be coming back.
Ordered on 24 October - still not received. Not only that but customer services ‘can’t respond individually’ and also ‘can’t confirm a dispatch date until the automated email is sent’. Shambolic, awful behaviour - and I am still receiving promotional emails several times a week asking me to purchase more!

I placed an order on the 15/11/22, I am still waiting for it now. They have said that it is still sat in the warehouse. It has been over a month. These are Christmas presents for my son. I could understand the delay if I had ordered a week ago, but a month is totally unacceptable. You cant reach anyone on site, they dont respond to emails. Its a joke. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I placed my order at the start of November and all I have had is one email in response to my 10 and all it said was that they have warehouse issues but everything will still arrive by Christmas, the worse thing was that most of the items I ordered was for my son's birthday which is tomorrow!!!!

Used to be good- now a total SCAM
Have used this company twice before and been impressed. This time it’s awful- placed order on 24/11 with an anticipated delivery turn around of 3-5 days but a warning it could be up to 10 because of delays. Now on 21 days and no response to any emails. Have looked at reviews on their Facebook from the last month and they’re all saying the same thing- nobody at all is getting their order. It seems they may have gone bust but are still taking orders. Lots of people writing about taking them to Trading Standards. Avoid!!!

15 Dec 2022 What a disappointment. I placed my order on the 15th November. I was advised that there was a 10 day delay due to switching warehouses. Fine, I thought especially as a couple of days later I received an email saying that they would be back to normal shortly. After not hearing anything I sent an email on the 3rd, and received a standard response stating they are working through orders. 10 days later, a second email sent….. no response. I have just sent a further email. I note that before the “warehouse “ issues the reviews were all very high, so had decided to give the benefit of the doubt…. I will give it to Tomorrow night, and if not dispatched will have to cancel as I will need to find stocking fillers elsewhere.

I am writing an additional to the review on 22 Dec. asked for the order to be cancelled on 17th Dec after I was told my order would be delivered after Christmas. An email back stating the email they sent me was an error. I have bought new stocking fillers and no longer need these. I have requested my order be cancelled 3 times now, and they said that every time I email the case is set a new start date. What a pile of rubbish. They won’t acknowledge my order cancellation. Please do not use this company, what a rip off and no organisation. I have tried to give them the benefit…. I have given up on this.
Still not received my order 1 month later
I ordered a load of stocking fillers for my 2 year old boy on the 16th November which was meant to be delivered within 10 days. We are now a month later and still not received my order, yet they have still taken the money from my account! I have sent 2 emails and 1 message via Facebook messenger but still no reply. I have attempted to ring them several times but they have an automated message to say mailbox is full and won't accept any messages. I am so annoyed! It is beyond how a company like this can ignore so many customers and still take their money at a time when everyone is struggling for cash and trying to use their hard earned cash to buy their children Xmas presents! Absolute disgrace of a company! Give us all our money back!!

No delivery
I placed an order end of mid November and still have received nothing. Everytime I tried to contact customer services I just kept getting the same automated response. I've finally managed to get a refund. Will not be using again.

An absolute joke of a company. Ordered on the 6th October! and still nothing! Only a generic response to emails. They are still advertising yet cant even fulfil the orders they have had for 2 months! Absolute disgrace.

Spent a fair amount on Christmas stocking gifts 4 weeks ago and not received anything so far!
Wish I had looked up reviews before I had ordered. Delivery seems to be very poor, customer services worse. At no point until after I had paid was I informed that the advertised 3-5 days delivery would not be upheld.
No communication
after ordering a few times of poundtoy I thought this time (11/11) would be the same… well it wasn’t after multiple times of emails and on site chat and still no actual answer… I don’t understand how it can take 2 months or so to send an order that apparently has been packed from the last update I had last month 6 days after ordering. But I still get Christmas deals for your company but can’t send out orders…..
Don't bother
Now I have used this company for a good few years and they never let me down. However this time they took my money then said it would be delayed by a few days. Then contact the customer service email to get a robot response. Still haven't received a pesponse or an order update apart from the one that was sent on the late delivery date. Do not order from them. Orederd on 3rd December for a five day delivery.
