its been great company to deal with, great service and good value with easy payments would highly recommend this to any of my friends :-)

I have used these before and had no problems the first time, i went to take out a second loan a few months ago but unfortunately put the wrong date by a day for payments, i noticed within a day and i rang and was told it couldnt be changed, so i offered to repay the full loan so i could take it out with the correct date, so once id paid it back i went onto the site and was told i couldnt take out the loan! So apparently i went to uneligable for the loab because i made an honest mistake and notified them!

very helpful staff, the online live help is ingenius and it works, the application process was quick and speedy and the prices were not as extortionate as i thought they wouyld be especially with the pay on time discount.

A great company to deal with never had any problems with them. Great plan for the repayments and always on a date of your choosing, so you could make sure you had the funds available to pay.
Although I don't require their services at the moment, I would not hesitate to use them again if I needed to.
Would also recommend them to anyone looking for a loan.

A great help to me when I was in a tight spot, no hassle, payments straight out via debit card each time, so no need to remember about paying on time - if the occasion arises I would not hesitate to use again !!!

I was unsure about the idea of borrowing short term, but the website makes everything crystal clear, with none of the usual hidden charges or long-winded application forms. I couldn't afford the payment over Christmas so they offered me a "payment holiday" where they skip the month you can't afford and add it on at the end of your loan. Very relieving when you are struggling.

Incredibly simple! The service team were excellent, and were well equipped to answer all my questions. There is no penalty for early repayment, and reminders are sent via email regarding repayment dates. All in all pounds to pocket is fantastic! Would completely recommend them.

If there is ever a Company that needs to learn how to treat existing customers, it's this one. Once you have the loan, you're worth nothing. The customer care becomes non-existent and their administration is sloppy. IF they answer the phone, the Agents are snappy and disinterested and extremely unhelpful. We've made our payments in full and on time throughout the duration of our loan, but getting another loan from P2P has proved to be so fraught, we've gone elsewhere. In the present climate, I would have thought any Company being offered repeat business by trustworthy customers would snap your hand off in glee, but not Poundstopocket - their staff would rather snap your head off and tell you "The computer says NO" than do anything to assist you.

You will find that they are very willing to give you a loan, then send you emails every month as reminders this is all good.

Now once you pay your payments every month on time and then ask for another loan you will find the after service very blunt and unhelpful.
