How Companies should behave

I bought a carver dinning chair from The Potteries Antique Centre (PAC.This was via eBay.
The chair arrived badly broken and not fit for purpose.
I contacted eBay and the Potteries Antique centre with a number of photos showing the damage,eBay has assured me that all monies have been paid to me.
Mr Joe Buckley from the PAC informed me in 3 or 4 emails that he was thinking of arranging for a Courier service to collect the chair. On reconsideration Mr Buckley thought it was not economically viable to have the chair returned and repaired, would I consider disposing of the chair. That is what we have agreed on as the only reasonable solution..
I would highly recommend this Centre.it
