I've used Potico twice now and I'm very satisfied with both their service and flowers. I was initially worried as I'm ordering from Canada for delivery in Bangkok.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone specially if you're placing orders from overseas.

Thank you Potico and their excellent customer care team for delivering the gift to my girlfriend. The have taken all the measures to get the package delivered. The details of the delivery was communicated with me as I stay outside Thailand I was not able to contact with her. The called multiple times to the recipient and the. Left the package at the building. I have asked them to call from the personal number which they did along with sending WhatsApp messages to her. This is I would consider creating and understanding the customer feeling and meeting the expectations by going beyond. Thank you for everything. 1. Neither of the discount codes that they gave me worked.

2. I placed six orders for six people at one location.
The first three orders arrived without the recipients' names attached to them, and they did not include my personalized notes.

3. I gave them instructions to remove the "happy birthday" sign from the cake since it was not the recipient's birthday. This instruction was ignored, and the sign was still placed on the cake.

4. The tracking that they provided for the final three items said that they had been successfully delivered, but they had not been. They were still sitting at the post office.

5. I gave instructions to deliver the orders after a specific time to make sure the shop was open when the orders were delivered. They assured me that the orders would be delivered after the specified time. Not only were the final three orders delivered 4.5 hours early, but they were delivered to the wrong address.

5. I spent 3.5 hours talking to them to sort out the items that were incorrectly delivered. They gave me a hard time, and when they finally agreed to retrieve the items and to redeliver them to the correct address, they said they could not be delivered after the specified time they had agreed to. The items were still delivered too early and were left in the care of a neighboring shop since the intended destination was not open yet.

6. When they arrived, the final three packages had torn shipping labels, and the boxes were smashed.

7. There were no names attached to these items either. There were names on the shipping labels, but the items inside did not have names specifying the recipients. I specifically asked them to attach the recipients' names to the final three items since the first three did not have names attached.

8. They never sent me a shipping notification for one of the six items, so I had no way of knowing whether that item had been shipped until I contacted them and asked.

This entire experience has been a complete nightmare from start to finish.

Communication went well, the flower-wearth was beautifully made and the delivery went without problems, although I ordered from Germany to a temple in Bangkok. I was contacted via Mail and WhatsApp to check in with me, if the typing on the sign was correct and to show the end-result.
It would be nice, if I had the chance to contact the florists before I order to clear all questions (g.e. checking the address)

I placed an order from the United States but did not have the correct information. The people here went way out of their way to contact me, get the correct information, and make sure the delivery was completed. When they discovered it was outside their delivery area, they even contacted another florist for me to complete the order! The entire experience was far above any expectations I had. Thank you so much for your fantastic service!

I ordered 2 of an item and didn’t mean to, they messaged me to fix it, then I noticed I sent it on wrong date. They also fixed that as well. They were more than helpful through the whole process. Great to deal with. I have used them a couple of times now and will again . Great service. Thankyou.

Order flower in the morning to my gf. Im oversea at first a bit hard to contact them but after talk to staff everything running smooth. Flower quality is good. Deliver on time.

Delivery is very late
Delivery is very late. They gave us a window of 6-9pm, and by 1130pm they are not yet delivered.

The driver called to say they were going to be an hour late at 9pm then did the same thing at 10pm.

It is not acceptable to make someone wait until nearly midnight in order to receive flowers.

When I contacted the customer support staff they said, 'According to our system, your order has already been delivered.'

Absolutely awful service. Bangkok has a lot of great flower shops, so choose the other ones!

Don't fall for their advertisement or the fact that they're 'foreigner friendly'. You can't even call them on 'Line' so the only way to contact them is via email, and they don't respond beyond the initial sorry anyways.

I loved the flowers and chocolates! I really appreciate how carefully they were packaged to keep everything safe and perfect. Truly the best!! I will definitely recommend this flower shop.

Potico were very prompt in delivering the flowers the same day, keeping me up to date via Whatsapp and sending me photos. The customer service was excellent and they were warm and polite

I ordered from them a flower bouquet for my girlfriend when they had a sale on women's day.
It was very beautiful and they brought it on the same day, but later then I wanted to.
But she really loved the flowers and it was in an excellent price, free delivery and great condition.
I will definitely book from them again in the future!

Ordered flowers for Feb 14, paid ฿7500 on 14/02 3:55 PM. Delivery did not happen. Company ignored emails/calls/LINE. No refund or update provided.

Terrible terrible experience! They took orders more than they can deliver and NO DELIVERY!
Not easy reaching out for them and customer service is simply useless because they can’t even give info on where is the order and when will get it.
Defiantly not recommended and what a scam
