Pot city Herbs was found in the late 1999 by Adam Greens and Cathrine Morgan after they walked through the Stormy and rainy weathers of Netherlands and Afghan meeting other growers , picking up seed and buying some from the growers overseas. Who were not selling mostly because they wanted to keep some seeds for their own personal discovery .
