I bought NVPH 46b from the PZH online…
I bought NVPH 46b from the PZH online stock only to discover that it already was sold. Apparently, because of a change in online computer systems, one or more sold items were not deleted.
Also, I had to call PZH to get my €100 processed. This refund should have been initiated and explained as soon as PZH realized that they had sold a stamp that no longer was available from their inventory. I think that PZH could have better and sooner communicated the details of this situation and not leave me to have to worry about what happened to NVPH having received a very large shipment box with a huge amount of wrapping tape only to have one of the two stamps I had ordered and a DAVO Kompass notebook.
It will take some time before I have enough confidence in PZH to order more expensive stamps again.
