We travel quite a bit

We travel quite a bit, often outside the USA. PostScan takes care of all our mail easily, quickly, conveniently. Just perfect for us. We have used PostScan for over five years, and now it is our address.

Too many fees

When I first signed up, each month subscription came with credits for opening and scanning mail. Now I’m charged $2 to scan and read each piece of mail. Also, $4.75 for them to forward an envelope which costs 1 stamp to mail to me. I feel like I’m being nickled and dimed.

When new customers sign up, we do sometimes offer goodwill credits to help cover unexpected costs while getting familiar with our service. We want to assure you that all of our fees are clearly outlined on our website and are also available to view at any time in your account's plan details section.

Regarding open and scan: our Starter Plan does not include this feature as part of the monthly subscription. However, if scans are something you use regularly, we do offer other plans that include a set number of open-and-scan requests each month at no additional charge.

As for forwarding costs, we do our best to offer the most competitive shipping rates we can, and we are always looking for new ways to help our customers save on those costs.

You've lost my item

You've lost my item. four months ago. And I've been on the phone with the customer service. acknowledging it was their mistake and to be patient while they resolved the issue. I called last week. And apparently, they found an item, but it was delivered to someone that I don't even know. And when I asked why my item is not in my mailbox, The lady said she would call me back and never did. The item is very expensive. It's a new iPhone sixteen.

Great experience

I’ve been with PostScanMail 5+ years and feel very confident in their service. I use their Safety Harbor, Florida mail center and they’ve been prompt emailing me my mail. They even pickup their phone and not going to voicemail. Service is exceptional. Would strongly recommend them.

My experience of numerous years is…

My experience of numerous years is mostly positive. I take off 1 star for the Sarasota, FL office announcing it was "closing" for 2 weeks+ over Christmas/New Years. This doesn't work if one is receiving mail from the US govt with a deadline that requires a fast response.
