Excellent Pre-sales and Post-sales support
The process was very simple and the customer support was great. I had a question pre-sales, and CSR Mike A. was so good, that I didn't hesitate to move forward with my order. After I placed the order I had a few additional questions about the address setup, and Mike A stuck with me and responded just as quickly. Mike was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and made the entire process simple.

Customer support wizard!
When I called in with an issue regarding shipping carriers and methods for a particular shipment, the customer support rep Josie Haertzen was blazingly brilliant at solving the problem (which was initially confounding to us both). She tested multiple avenues in rapid succession, zeroed in on the obstacle and removed it. Just like that. Truly one of the most impressive customer support experiences I've had.

The website is confusing…
The website is confusing and was easy to delete an entire mail consolidation when just removing one document. And the communication Between IT and the Mallbox folks caused my mail to not be sent but was destroyed after I had talked to both that I needed it sent. However your support person was very helpful even though some important mail was destroyed instead of mailed.
