Always a horrible experience
I always have issues with postNL, today, I was expecting a package and I especially stayed home for it, however they never rang the doorbell and I got a notification that it was to be delivered at another location no less than 2 days later. I really needed that package that day and even paid extra for fast delivery, thanks a lot PostNL. Even when contacting the customer service, which took me about 3hours to get a hold of, they told me it was because of the company I bought from, however I also called that company and they explained to me that it had nothing to do with them. I wish postNL will learn out of their mistakes and decide to maintain customer service and not make decisions on my account about wether or not to deliver my package as I paid for it.

This delivery has been the worst
This delivery has been the worst. First, they didn’t deliver my package at my house, even tho they could just have left it in the hall. Second, my package was sent to a “near” delivery spot, I went to times and my package wasn’t there. The owner called customer support and then told me to sort it out myself, that she didn’t had the package in her business.
