Appalling service cannot even meet a delivery date
What a useless company you are! You cannot even deliver on the day you are supposed to. How can you fail so badly when your only job is the delivery of parcels. A truly useless service!

PostNL say they delivered my package but it's a lie
I didnt receive my package, but PostNL is claiming otherwise. I was home, nobody rang the bell, nothing in my postbox. Yet they say the package has been delivered.
It's been 6 days I'm trying to reach customer service, I only went through once and they said they'll come back in touch... which was obviously a lie. I spent a lot on money on an order that PostNL stole, and I have to way to hold them accountable.
I'll change my review eventually if I ever get an answer from PostNL and I hope they'll see my review and FINALLY contact me and tell me where the f... is my package
