I honestly don’t understand what’s going on anymore my order was placed on 30 September Bloemfontein to Johannesburg you said 2–3 days perfect no problem. Then on 1 October I see it’s “Out for delivery” I even get a call “Hey we just want to confirm your address” great you even confirmed it, it arrives tomorrow I’m excited wow amazing stuff right
Then tell me whyyyyyyyyy today 6 October and guess what? It still says “Out for delivery” watseba la bora la nseleka shame out for delivery for six days straight how? Jwang? did the driver decide to walk it from Bloem to Joburg?
When I call heeeee listen to this listen to your people I get someone who sounds like they’d rather be anywhere else I ask what’s happening and I’m told again and again and again “It will be delivered” Yes, ma’am I’ve been hearing “It will be delivered” I don’t even know what does that even mean anymore? ek weet nie what happened to delivering “tomorrow” Did the road suddenly become infinitely long or nonexistent? If your delivery times are now 4-6weeks or even months just write down in bold and capital letter so that it sinks in.
At this point I’m not even asking for a miracle just kindly tell me where my package is so I can collect it myself before it decides to start a new life somewhere else.
The worst service received ever !!! Comms i received was that the courier came and I was not home , apparently the courier tried calling me and coud not get through. A whole lot of bull , as I work from home and my phone is always on, not even a missed call was or voicemail was received!!! Ive been following up since monday as I was told I would receive it Monday, then they say Tuesday, then its Wednesday, now its tomorrow Thursday .... the most pathethic service I have received from any service provider !!! The Lies is the worst part for me.
