Big big scam!!! As others, I made a mistake by singing up and suddenly I started receiving weird phone numbers calling me even at night. Cancellation via the website is not possible although it’s stated in their website. You are forced to call them, being hung up on when you speak English, and then they treat you disrespectfully.
Completely scam!! Shame on you.

A SCAM
I already cancelled that time and everything was fine. That in itself was a terrible and LONG experience. Only when i complained here did they actually do something about it. Even now AFTER MONTHS of not being apart of the Loterry, they are still taking €14 from my account ALL the time. I have to always refund it and it's getting obnoxious. I just asked for a refund and got my money back rightfully BUT THEY TOOK IT BACK AGAIN THE SAME DAY. Stop taking my money.

An absolute nightmarish experience
I've been trying to cancel for MONTHS. Sometimes they tell you that nobody who works there speaks English (which is an absolute joke). Other times you call and you say you want to cancel and they literally hang up on you! I've had this 3 times this morning alone. This is a scam. It's a fraud. Don't fall for it.

Freaking disaster
Freaking disaster. It took me 5 calls of 20 minutes to cancel the subscription and I am still being spammed via email and random calls "would you like to play again?"
It is robbery in plain sight.
