While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Absolutely dishonest! They lure you in with a one-time fee of €0.90, while hiding a completely overpriced subscription for €49.00/month in the fine print.
The most outrageous part: The customer dashboard technically blocks you from canceling, stating that a cancellation is only possible after the first successful €49 payment. This is legally baseless and a total scam. I’ve already had this legally reviewed—they are completely ignoring the mandatory "Button Solution" laws.
Save your money and the headache. If you end up here, make sure to send a written revocation immediately and block your payment method!

I took part in a quiz on Facebook with myiq and to access my results I needed to pay 99p after doing so I had inadvertently entered into a subscription of £29.99, I emailed them after seeing this on my bank statement and I was able to get a refund but in order to cancel the subscription I had to do it through postclic.com,I had to pay 79p for them to send the request to myiq and I had confirmation that it was done, I had to tick a check box for the message to be sent,It did not say that I was also ticking to enter into a 2 day free trial and a month's subscription and £43.12 was taken from my account and there is nothing I can do to retrieve the money,I've asked for a refund and cancelled the subscription (I knew nothing about) but they have ignored my refund request and my bank can't do anything only to block them..scammers! 😡update on my review, postclic has offered me a full refund..thank you to them 🙂
