Just a terrible company
Just a terrible company. I took out a small sum just because I thought it was an interesting business model and wanted to learn what they were doing. I tried 9 times over two months to return it and failed every time. Their support team was useless. They kept sending me the same emails over and over again. My bank kept telling me they were not sending the payment and they kept saying they were. Finally I had to add a second bank account and make my payment from there. Their tech department should all be fired if they exist at all.

I needed a something to get me thru till pay day and it was quick and easy. I had to reschedule my payments and it let me do it with a problem or talking to a person.
