2.6% advertized rate to make card payments is deceptive.
First month I was charged 6%, no return phone calls.
Second month I was charged 8.5% .
Third month 15%.
They are fraud.They charge your account like its theirs . Their”managers” only create tickets and dont do anything.
I gave them plenty of time and chances to fix their mistakes. No one cares,they go through managers like a fast food joint.
Switching to POS Premier was my best decision so far, incredible team that provides instant support whenever needed.
