A senior agent jo savage together with her friends from midnight homes managed to scam us. We have an apartment in the marina.
She handed Edward Roffey from midnight homes a signed contract and then informed us he is waiting for his new cheque book ( that was 20 aug - 2 months ago )
Edward Roffey then took the signed contract to ejari and registered it with the government and had the dewa connected... he then took ejari registered contract to the management of our apartment and changed the locks.
Of course the cheques are still pending and he is behind on his rent.
The best part is that jo savage assures us and I quote “ nothing untoward is happening here “
We live out of the uae and are not able to travel to sort this problem out.
All attempts to contract Calum white the operations manger at positive properties has been futile. We leave messages for him to return our calls .. he does not!!
I would stay well clear of jo savage, positive properties and any associations with midnight homes.
Common scamsters.
We are retired and rely heavily on this rental income.
According to the HOA of our building Edward Roffey has other rentals in the same building and he is not honoring the cheques he has presented either.
He seems to believe he is above the law...
do not get involved with either positive properties and / or MIDNIGHT HOMES!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have issued a full signed contract to a tenant and they did not get the 11 cheques. No money has been received now from the tenant who has now changed the locks!!!!!!! Think very hard before using this company. Please.

Thanks to the encouragement and guidance of Positive Properties I now own my apartment in Dubai. There were times when I thought the hassle is not worth it but Sameer and Sunil coaxed me through it and helped me jump through those hurdles easily. A big shout out going to Sunil,who guided us through all the paperwork, maintenance and move in.
Deciding on a property depending on your budget is the first step and after seeing all the apartments, townhouses and villas in Dubai, where everything had one flaw or the other (as per our conditions). There were a lot of real estate agents that we had met through this time and but these guys gave us the clarity by laying down the facts. That one day with Sunil looking at all the apartments that were in our price range helped us decide on this apartment.
