Order no #2002
Purchase experience through website was good. However, poor in physical distribution. There is no tracking number given for the shipment. I have no idea on the item whereabout, and i have not received my order yet. In the website, it is marked as delivered...not when the item received by buyer but the moment item is out for shipment.

As stated on the website, free shipping is without tracking. There is however the option to purchase tracked shipping if you do so desire, which I'm sure you noticed when selecting your preferred shipping method. Our system indeed updates to completed on an untracked item as we unfortunately do not own or control the postal service. We manufacturer posing trunks, the minute we sent your order with the postal service it's out of our hands which you might can understand. We are always happy to help with any difficulty you encounter regarding receiving your item, but our help desk might be a better place to raise your concerns than leaving a poor review on Trust Pilot.
Until now we where unaware your shipment has not arrived. You are still more than welcome to contact our helpdesk for any assistance with your shipment. We are always happy to help!
