I ordered an AXIS TQ3902 Mount Bracket ($89.27 USD) today. The checkout never asked for a shipping address. No confirmation email was received. The listed phone number (877-769-7300) is dead and not in service. There is no way to contact this seller at all.

Fortunately I paid with PayPal and received a full refund the same day after filing a dispute. PayPal resolved it immediately.

This is a fraudulent website. The reviews on TrustPilot already warned me — I wish I had checked before ordering. Please save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

My company was charged the day we placed the order and that was the last contact we had with POSGlobal. No Item, no refund. Thankfully we used Paypal but beware this could happen to you.

They already charged me for the item but due to the backorder, they did not send it and never gave me a refund despite several phone calls and emails. Disputing the charges with my credit card bank.

In the month of May 2022 I ordered a battery for a panasonic lapot, I am currently in October and I have not received it. Every time I contact them they transfer the order to another date, this time they told me that I will receive it by November 14. be careful when placing your order
