Portobello Vintage Market refused to give me a refund for a jacket I returned that didn't fit (returned in perfect condition, obviously they resold it). As they were a new business, I accepted a voucher (even though they had nothing saying there was no returns accepted - I did this to be kind and supportive). This voucher had no expiration or terms attached. I have searched many times and never found anything I like again. Now that the business is closing, I have requested my voucher to be refunded so I don't lose the value (£100). Instead of honouring this and giving me the money owed, they are ignoring me on every channel, not responding to my messages nor doing the moral thing and making sure they return my money. Totally despicable, do not recommend engaging with this company.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could. I ordered a top but unfortunately it was not found in stock & so I was refunded. However a few weeks later I got a message to say it had been found & would I still like? I was away at the time but had a few email exchanges & happily have the top. Very grateful for the thoughtfulness.

The idea behind not sending clothes to landfill really appeals, and the clothes are super quality.
My order arrived really quickly.
I ordered 2 skirts and a top, all were as described and I am really happy with them, I will definitely be ordering again.

Shipping to EU took some time because of customs. A piece was missing when my order arrived but communication via email was very friendly and the missing item was shipped for free. The whole process took some time, I did received two coupons as a compensation though. Will definitely come back for another order!

Bought a beautiful vintage top here, which was exactly as it looked on the site. My package arrived really quickly with a thoughtful hand written note, loved the attention to detail. The top itself was really good quality and love the fact that it is one of a kind. I will definitely be ordering more from this brand!

Bought a white blouse and it fits perfectly! Really good quality material so I am very happy with it. The website is really easy to use and my purchase arrived promptly. Overall, it has great service and I would 100% recommend buying clothes from here!

Really good experience ordering from Portobello Vintage Market!

Bought a shirt and it was exactly as described. Useful having the measurements on the website so it meant the item is a good fit, which can be hard with vintage garments. Will keep an eye out for nice things in the future.
