The friendly façade fades as soon as you meet her one one one. Having seen up close how she thinks, behaves, and responds, Loren Grieff causes grief over her methods.
Her communication style feels like contemptuous fault-finding. Her criticism frames perceived flaws as prosecutorial indictments; she leans into hostile adversarial diligence.
As an executive coach, she doesn't see strengths, skills, or accomplishments. She's actively dismissive of career achievements, independent of impact and scale.
I don't recommend Loren Grieff of PortfolioRocket.com as an executive coach.
It feels like the biggest form of hypocrisy for someone to base their identity, reputation, personal brand around age bias painfully unaware of their own biases and give no regard how they weaponize their own biases against others.
