11 days after placing an order, I have not received a shipping notification and, the 'trader' has not responded to my emails.
I am becoming increasingly concerned that I may gave fallen victim to a scam.

Fast service but couldn't get onto tracking site

Communication was very good. The cancellation of our order, due to not having the correct dosage available, was a bit delayed but all in all, we'd come back again. Thanks.

Good service and delivery quick at a good price

Very good service and very fast delivery, even to Germany.

I have ordered and I paid for 2 products, I have received just one product.
The “contact” page is inaccessible, nevertheless I have written to the general address, no feedback on this!!
Mistakes happen, I can understand this, but ignoring this problem, let me with the feeling of being cheated!
Never again!

Perfect services and products

I placed few orders but still not received yet! I sent e-mails, the chat room in their web sites, and also through WhatsApp but NO reply for weeks! What happened to this company?

I note very mixed reviews for this site which is also my experience over possibly 5 years.

Recently in feb 2022 they omitted approx 70 % of the total order but charged in full.
they do not respond to e-mails,telephone,notes included with order or more recently I sent a letter with proof that the items were not in the packet as I had a document indicating package weight received .
Still nothing .
This company needs to provide customer service

I ordered two types of tablet for my dog and paid by bank transfer. Within 3 days I received a package that had 60 tablets missing. Looks like they were not packed. I have left many messages on site but no reply. So they are not contactable and I have no redress. I will not use them again and write this review to warn others

They make ordering easy and the products arrive quickly. I always feel confident ordering through them.

I placed an order three weeks ago. The order is still “in preparation.” There has been no response to multiple inquiries via email, message on the site, and phone. At this point, I think the website must be a scam.

I have bought items more than 10 times from this webiste.
Their service was well before . Fast delivery and quick response, but they give me a headache in this time.
I have placed 2 orders and paid 490 eur last month. First, I have placed order in 12th. Then I have placed order in 24th.
The status is preparation in progress about first order and awaiting bank wire payment about second order now. They have not shipped my 2 orders yet. The shipping status hasn’t changed at all and there are no information whether it was been sent or not. So I have emailed them and left message many times in chat, but I haven’t gotten reply from them.
I am worried that possibily that my 2 orders will not be sent.
You seem to be in your business. Please send my ２ orders immediately!!

I am so disappointed. I have ordered and paid for the product. Three weeks later I receive the package, but with the wrong product inside?! I have paid my order 300 eur, and they sent me a completely different medicine (that I do not need) worth 9 eur.
I have been trying to reach them for 2 days now, but no reply. Phone has automatic machine reply and there is no repy on several emails that I have sent.
Please be aware, this site is obviusly a fraud!
