The gentleman who delivered our lost suitcase was absolutely wonderful; courteous, communicative, timely, generous and a very, very pleasant man. For the rest of the team, I always had to ask status rather than automatically get updates from them.

I had a guitar collected and delivered…
I had a guitar collected and delivered about 120 miles, it cost me over £130, which is several times more than a standard courier charges, and the driver didn't even bring the guitar until almost 1 am, ten hours later than the estimated delivery time.

A delivery arriving at 1am with a ten hour overrun is not acceptable and we are sorry your experience fell so far short of what was promised. Sunday collections do carry a premium which we feel is fair, but your courier unfortunately had an exceptional day of delays which had a significant knock-on effect, and we understand your frustration.

Porta comes through in the nick of time
The company worked really hard to get a driver at short notice after the original driver and back up both fell through a couple of hours before scheduled pickup. Eventual driver was great and the pick up and delivery went as planned. Would recommend this service and use again if needed.

Great communication from start to finish. Booking was very easy online. Same day delivery from North London to Kent, with no problems at all and regular updates from the courier. Would definitely use again. Excellent service.

The company did not communicate
The company did not communicate the pickup day or time with either of us each end. I happened to phone up 9am Monday 11th because we hadnt heard anything. The man said that the collection team were only 1.5hrs away from the lady who I had bought wheelchair off! She had to cancel her hair appointment which was non-refundable costing her £125. This was really not on at all. She should be reimbursed. I plan to complain further about this.

Bought a bike on eBay which was miles away from home, it turned out to be easier to get these guys to collect and deliver the same day. collected on time, and got an SMS to let me know all was good.
