It is a scam for tourists. The website is in English and I have bought the tickets there however the tour is only in Lithuvanian which is not stated anywhere. Without the tour it is really not worth the price as it is only a small garage with only a couple of cars. The customer support was not very helpful, it was hard to talk to them and they only offered to refund one ticket, which I still didn’t recieve.
