I ordered the rainbow box. I got a message from SHOP for when it would arrive. When it did not arrive I called your customer service line and was told you all had been shown so much love that you were overwhelmed however I was not being scammed. A few days later much to my delight the box arrived. It was so much fun opening it. All the items were useful, clean, and intact. I used the items for my family reunion silent auction. I was very pleased. I posted everything on Facebook and had several people say they were going to order now that they saw it was the real deal. The only suggestion I have is when you do recieved an order that you could give an expected delivery due date. I was so happy with my first box I ordered another on June 11 and am still patiently waiting.

The communication was wonderful!! And the box itself a lot of fun!

I loved everything only thing I can say was not the best is that it took longer then I expected.
I will be ordering again

Great customer service. They let me know quick if there was a delay in delivery.

I have ordered my package and was told it would be the next Friday that I would get it. Never received it message them about it told me that they would be several days behind as I got popular on social media and have lots of people ordering so I say okay and I waited and waited got a tracking number and I'm waiting and still haven't got my package and it's been almost a month. I have message them on Facebook Messenger through email and on their site and haven't really got anything for them I'm about to get a hold of them and ask for a refund as this is bullcrap and it shouldn't take this long after you've already billed me and took my money and still haven't gave me my item.

Loved all the things in the box and fast delivery

Was just very nice to get a little surprise and it just so happened to have come on my birthday!! So it was just a very nice little something unexpected. Thank you Porch Pirates

Received a bunch of small plastic goody bag toys for kids. Maybe $20 worth. Paid $80 to sign up for a subscription. Such a scam. Not to mention it took 2 weeks to fill my order. Do not waste your money.

What went wrong should be what went right. How about used shoe's, used cup with some kind of red/pinkish residue in it. Open packages with nothing inside, late delivery and in my luxury box i got a deflated tire! Seriously... beauty/ luxury my behind.

Pretty good overall. Shipping was slow, but finally got here. It's a fun box. As a reseller I should be able to at least make my money back. Not a winner, but worth it.

Would have given 5 stars if not for shipping. Packages were sitting in the post office for 10 days. But 5 stars to the company!!!! They are amazing and can't help the USPS.

Not to bad there was some things broken and open so I’m hoping my next boxes are a little better

Most of the items were good. few knockoffs that surprised me.

For now im going with 2 stars I use mystery boxes on my TT channel and got a flyer saying that if I buy 5 boxes I'll get a 6th for free.. got no confirmation of ill even get the 6 th box as promised abd the promo code I was given didnt work at check out, my order as sat untouched and not shipped for over a week and when I attempted to reach the company through a few different avenues I have not gotten a response back. Not saying its a bad company but so far no response to give it a good rating.

I love the two boxes I ordered. The only thing I didn’t like was it took longer to get the boxes after I ordered them. But overall a great experience.

Great customer service I questioned why it was taking so long and it was addressed immediately. I understand it is very popular and takes a little longer then usual. Contents were worth more then I spent very happy, I have since ordered 2 more boxs.

I contacted the company due to delayed shipping. They had gotten their website back up and running so they were backed up. I was only trying to hold them to the actual delivery date as we were going out of town. That did not happen unfortunately but they did try and all communication was very friendly and kept me up to date with tracking info and such. No I didn't win any of the expensive gifts like handbags, gaming, Apple etc. but my husband had a few good items, I did too and some to my daughter and grandkids. They loved the Pipsqueak boxes! Thank you Austin and team for excellent customer service and communication.

It would be nice if we were able to give our preferences and you can match it up to our likes and dislikes better. Surprise us with things that we would actually use.
