My suit came in and I love it. I love the bottom coverage but I need to exchange the top bc it runs small.

I received 3 suits. The color on them are just as pictured. One was too small but thankfully customer service was willing to help with the exchange. I would definitely order from them again.

Ive bought about 10 bikinis/swimsuits from Popvil. Theyre beautiful and good quality. People have stopped me on the beach to ask where I got them. I only wish all of their suits came with mix and match sizing. I would buy many more if I could get my sizes without the extra. Please Popvil- do all mix and match sizes on your swimsuits!

I absolutely love my swim suit- it is so flattering and I can NEVER find anything that works for my body type (smaller on top, larger on bottom). And the material is super high quality! Also, the customer service is EXCELLENT!! 10/10 recommend!

This company is a SCAM. First of all, they are based in China, not that it matters; I order from a lot of China-based clothing companies. I received the WORST customer experience I've ever had. I purchased over $250 worth of clothing, and the package never turned up at my house. I contacted their customer service asking for a resolution and had to go back with someone named "CiCI" over 10 times, only for her to tell me that it was the shipping company's fault, and they wouldn't refund or replace the items I purchased. So basically, I got zero things for over $250, and they didn't even respond to my last message asking them for an appropriate resolution. I would avoid it at all costs. Seems like they may be saying they shipped something and then not fulfilling the delivery and blaming it on the shipping company to take your money.

The swimsuit I ordered arrived quick and it’s great quality. I needed a high waisted bikini to hide my mom pouch and it fits beyond my expectations! Definitely coming back for more!

Bikini I ordered came as a set so could only choose 1 size. I'd say bottoms run a little small from what the size chart says. I got a fast response and was easy to get them exchanged.

I wanted to return 2 suits that did not fit. They began by "bargaining" the return. I said I would exchange, but then they wanted to charge me $23.99 for shipping and I can keep or give away the 2 suits that didn't fit. That math didn't work. I said forget it and give me a return.
We are now on week 2 and still no return label. I would not order from them if I were you!

Do not trust these 5star reviews!! Its a trick from the business. You can not return or exchange without leaving a 5star review first or to pay additional costs! Why would u leave a 5star review for them on a unsatisfied purchase

The quality of the swim suits are phenomenal!! The colors are so bright!!

Every time I have a problem with a return or because something doesn’t fit they are so efficient on getting me the proper size. Some of the best customer service I ever had to deal with.
