For sure it is not the best bank to deal with in Italy. High fees for transactions/quarterly fees compared with other banks. Slow response when you have queries. No ability to change account preferences online, you need to attend in-person for small changes (for example change card limit). No interest rate for the checking account. NO credit card benefit (points to redeem, cashback), actually you will be charged for using a credit card.

They don't have the interest to help their own customers. I asked them to block unauthorised transaction from my account but they told me to go to the carabinar. pathetic!
