Easier this time
Thank goodness this time before ordering I created an album so it was easy to order . I had to have help with Popsa last time as messed up my order. Pity I can’t pop in as live nearby where you are.

I love the ease of picking and moving pictures. I am disappointed in the labelling of the spine of the book (not centred vertically on the spine).
I wish it would automatically know the size of the picture and not auto populate it into a spot that it cuts people off.

After having issues with the discount voucher the response from the staff was immediate and resolved . I have received my 3 books out of 4 so far and am extremely happy with the quality . Editing for more specials to add more amazing memories in book form .

The app was very understandable and easy to use. Except I was disappointed to find out I couldn’t use the free shipping coupon along with my 30% off for ordering 2 books. It let you apply all the coupons but in the end only one was applied. It’s very misleading. You should have a statement that you can only use one coupon.

Great and thoughtful gift idea.
The quality of these books is excellent and the pictures come out beautiful. I give these books as gifts often and I would definitely recommend this product. Designing my books is easy and fun. Shipment time is also very good.

Postage a waste of money
Don't bother paying for express delivery - it actually arrives AFTER (if at all, I am yet to receive the book) it would have arrived with standard postage. I ordered a book as a gift for someone going abroad and paid extra to have it delivered in plenty of time. It apparently comes through Amazon. Total con. Very disappointed.
