Disappointed!

Over the years, I have purchased a number of items from the poppy shop and always had great service. This year hasn't lived up to my expectations. In October I ordered two v80 badges and also made a donation. I still haven't received the badges and I haven't had any response to my many emails. I never received any updates regarding the status of my orders. The items are no longer available. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. It is now November 25th and there has been no change in the situation.

GORGEOUS POPPY

I recently ordered a magnetic Poppy online which arrived well packaged and quickly.
The poppy is very beautiful, something to be very proud to wear. Being magnetic is a great bonus and no more injured fingers fixing paper poppies. I am absolutely delighted with my gorgeous poppy and the online ordering was very easy. When not in use it will sit on the fridge.
