Shocking experience, my wife ordered a pizza and wrap and when they arrived she found the pizza was burnt and the wrap inedible, she phoned the shop and the cook insisted the pizza wasn't burnt but they sent a new wrap which was also terrible. The owner would not give a refund even though they state a refund policy on their website. They spoke rudely to my wife and were only apologetic once I had phoned but still no refund.
