Overpriced and crappy zippers
The backpack is overpriced in my opinion for plastic “vegan” leather. The zippers are also atrocious. I don’t fill my bag with a whole lot but the zippers often come apart on both compartments with very little resistance. Not a great quality in a backpack!

Great bag, but quality has unfortunately failed. The tote is great, lots of pockets, looks great. After a few months of use the handle is falling apart. I emailed and was told there is only a 90 day warranty as they cannot know how people treat their bags. I can understand this to a point. They asked me for photos, which I sent, but I’m not sure why I did that if they already knew they were not going to cover the bag starting to fall apart. They offered a discount code for a future purchase, however not very useful as without being assured a product will last beyond 90 days I can’t imagine buying it again. It is really unfortunate as they are super cute, well designed but for the price I expect it to last longer without it starting to fall apart.

Great bag but came bent from being folded for too long and not regaining its shape back and it falls over if not rested on something. They have terrible customer service and would not replace my bag. Not happy after the price you pay but I do love the quality of the bag. Poor customer service and will not be purchasing anything else from this company.

They do not have a good customer service or return policy. If they forget to add something to your order or it comes damaged or it is just not what you expected, returning it is the biggest headache! Do not purchase from this company! They are located in Canada and you will have to pay the shipping charge to send it back which is over $50 at least. Not worth it!

I purchased a go getter tote for my daughter as a Christmas gift. It arrived late, but that isn't the issue. The issue is that the bag has a mark on it. I reached out to Poppy and Peonies, to complain and they eventually refunded my money. I have asked them twice to send me a label so I can return the bag, and I have yet to receive a response. This recent launch of the “travel collection” is changing my mind. Placed a 200 order on February 12th. As of today February 19th …nothing has shipped Waited about 4 business days before I started reaching out. I’ve asked on Facebook. Multiple “under reels” comments on IG. (I can see they have been on IG responding to everyone else and others have received shipping notices or the actual product from the same launch) and even emailed customer service. No answers. No response. Still sitting in the Shop app with no update
Maybe 200 is not a big deal to this company but I could have bought a better quality purse from Fossil and had it by now. Needless to say I’m hesitant to continue buying and supporting a company who doesn’t seem to GAF about clients more concerned about money and pushing their product. Sad!

Go Getter Bag
I have ordered Go Getter Bag, the wallet and a pouch. It was shipped 2 days after I have ordered and arrived in the UK 4 days later, so delivery itself was really quick. It was packed in washbags and everything was shipped in one plastic bag. For the price I would expect a box to protect the contents. Fortunately it arrived safely and nothing was wrong with it. The bag is stunning and have space for everything that I need in the office. I have read the reviews and was worried about not getting my order or that it will arrive damaged, but I guess I was lucky. Hopefully this bag will not fall apart quickly because I really love it!

Poor customer service
I purchased the go getter tote in late July of 2024. I reported damage to the bottom of the bag which is coming apart at the seams after less than 5 months of very careful and light use and was told that they couldn’t do anything more than a 20% good will discount towards my next purchase. I love the bag and had planned to make further purchases from the company but now that I know they won’t stand behind their products I won’t be ordering again. Really too bad because their products are so thoughtfully designed.
HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY
I am utterly shocked at this company’s appalling return policy, especially during the ongoing postal service strike in Canada. They have made it nearly impossible to return items, showing no flexibility or consideration for the circumstances.
Their customer service is equally atrocious—unresponsive, unhelpful, and completely dismissive of customer concerns. It’s clear they prioritize their profits over providing even the bare minimum of support to their customers.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Poor customer service
Looking at their website, all of the leopard print appears to be a pink leopard print! This is not the case they are beige, very clearly beige, nowhere near a tint of pink. When I inquired to the company, they referred me to the FAQ page of their website:

I am here to warn about business practice versus the product itself. I am off work with a cold/flu (RN here) and decided to shop online and purchase a Christmas gift. I placed the order and not 2 hours later I received a marketing email about their Black Friday sale starting 3 days after my purchase-25% OFF site wide!!!!! Their business practice is to give a store credit with the discounted amount if the time frame is within 7 days-seems fair enough if that is how they do it-brings you back for more purchases----except for the month of NOVEMBER! I contacted the company and was informed of this-buried in the FAQ-so I sent an email back asking for the rationale for that rule before I cast judgement-radio silence...we will see if I receive anything back at all. As a business owner myself I find this disrespectful. Word of mouth is key to businesses. I can't think of anything that makes this seem reasonable but am open to hearing and learning.
I did ask for an explanation in a courteous way. We all work hard for our money and to have the exact item 25% off 3 days after purchasing seems like a bad business practice. If you can't explain it then maybe you should question why its a company policy.

I loved my purchase of the cross body bag but I only had the bag 1 year and the zipper broke and they will do nothing about it and say they only stand by their products 90 days. I think this is pretty sad and a product such as this, should last much longer. Very disappointed in there customer service.
FRAUD! & Rude and useless customer service
Rude and useless customer service! I called because I had reached out several times regarding the unauthorized charge out of my account after I had ordered from their company. They denied the charge and refused to assist me. It was very obvious it was them. I did contact my bank which also verified they helped themself to my account. I had to create a fraud case against them. warning do not buy from them!

If you an international customer do not purchase items from this company unless you want to pay ridiculous custom charges. The company lied and mislead customers to pay additional custom charges on top of shipping costs and edited their webpage when it was highlighted. Really poor customer service, takes no accountability for their error, bag quality is rubbish, Avoid at all cost, complete disappointment !!!!
