After reviewing your order, we saw that our team offered you a complimentary remake within your warranty period to address your concerns. We also provided an alternative option so you could keep your original veneers while we began production on your remake. This way, you would still have your original set available for your upcoming wedding in the event the remake did not arrive in time.
Unfortunately, we did not receive a response after presenting this solution.

I’ve had several pairs of Pop on veneers since 2023. I just bought another pair as I lost a tooth from an old root canal. And both tops fit perfectly. But the bottom was sliding and not flush with my gums. So today I’m within the time period so i had called and am sending pictures so that Pop On will correct the bottoms for me for a better fit. I placed an order for a top veneer
I placed an order for a top veneer, which I received but before I even received the mold I placed another order for spare veneers. I never got my spare veneers and I never got my money back so I paid $600 for one top veneer. I’ve disputed it twice and they have refused to give me my money back. They are rip offs. They know they only gave me one top veneer. They know they never made the spare veneers but still have yet to give me my money and are not giving me my money every time I call they put me on hold. I have asked to speak to a manager since January and it is already almost July make that make sense so to me they are rip offs they take your money and don’t care. They know they never made those spare veneers and they know they never gave me a cancellation slip so I could get my money back so be very careful and be aware that they are scams and they will do whatever they can to keep your money they are so slick that they combined the one order number into the other order I also payed with two different cards so they know that there was a second order like I said beware they are scams and if they can take your money they will and their product is not all that great. My mouth looks bulky just not good and you can’t wear them daily because your teeth will write underneath so be careful and I will keep writing bad reviews until I get my money back. I don’t care how long it takes. I’m gonna keep calling. At least give me the spare order of veneers that I paid for and I will be satisfied, but I am not satisfied, giving my hard earned money to a group of scam artist and they are basically saying since I didn’t fill out a cancellation slip and I filed a charge back then I can’t get my money back. What kind of crap is that?

Pop On Veneers Are AWESOME!
I bought Pop On Veneers for my daughter. She has missing teeth (Hypodontia). She is self conscious about her teeth (this is after phase 1 of orthodontic intervention as well). Her permanent cuspids have been growing in very slowly. She did the molds (home kit that is received before veneers are made) and succeeded the first try! The kit arrived quickly, easy instructions and easy to ship back. The molds were received quickly, and the veneers were also made quickly! The instant my daughter put them on, her smile beamed like a beacon of light. They fit her great. She is able to eat some with them & they're easy to clean. She takes them off at night. They're durable and look beautiful. My daughter has been wearing them for over 4 months. I also ordered a spare pair as a back up but haven't needed them yet. My daughter picked the second shade because we thought the first shade would be too bright. They are perfect. I would definitely order these again!

Look good, but cannot eat with them in
They do cover the area where my tooth is missing. But I cannot eat with them in. The teeth are very round on the bottom and you cannot chew your food. They look good, but can’t wear them to a restaurant or anyplace you plan on eating. That was so disappointing, and embarrassing. 🙁
