Don't buy! These are counterfeit. BIG SCAM!!!!

If I could only put 0 stars... The website doesn't even exist anymore. Lost 106$ for 2 fake labubu. My daughters are crushed. How can you do this to kids!! I have sent multiple emails to get a refund. Obviously, no reply back. Karma will get you.

Terrible!! Scammers!! And then they shut down their website and will not respond to emails. Beware of any other Labubu vendors that pop up trying to sell fake ones, it’s probably the same people!

My doughter is nog crying becouse se bought it from her money of her bday...and if you see What we get...wouw its sooo sad!
Do not order here....nou i have a Child in tears!!!!! Iam so mad becouse she payed alot and this one can go to the trash.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!! SCAM!!! My children saved up their pocket money to buy what they thought was a real labubu, and it was a terrible fake. They are so upset. They didn’t receive what they ordered, and what they received- the heads were put on upside down. I can’t believe I fell for this site- we have wasted $120 AUD!! So disappointed that corrupt websites like this can operate. It needs to be shut down immediately!

🚨 Scam Alert: PopMartLabubus.com is a fake site! I ordered a Labubu Into Big Energy figure and got a cheap counterfeit of Have an Seat instead. Shameful. Wrong product, fake packaging, not even a real Pop Mart toy. They used 2 tracking numbers, and the second one linked to a delivery with a bogus code that took me to a Tesla site. No replies from the seller. No help from Shopify. I want a refund. Do not buy from them! I have screenshots and emails from their fake customer service and every step of the scam.

I’m so angry that I fell for this site. I can’t believe I was so stupid. I’ve already tried to contact my bank and will dispute the charge once it goes through, but I thought I was ordering from the actual pop Mart shop, and thought it was a legitimate ad on Facebook. It looks very similar to the actual pop Mart site.Stupid me for buying in a hurry. I fully expect to have a fake in the mail if it ever does show up. I will definitely be reporting this. They even have fake reviews on the website.

If I DO end up with something real, I will come back here and edit this review. So sad I had purchased this for my daughter…..

Following up today on June 17th to let you know that indeed the doll came and it could not be more fake. In fact, it’s so poorly done it’s laughable. I reached out to any contact info I could find and of course no response. Stay away from this company! Do not let yourself be scammed the way I stupidly was!
