Great items and responsive customer service

Was able to find most of what I wanted and bonus was being able to buy the gujarati calendar too as cannot get that delivered on its own. Knocked off one star as one items was damaged and also labels are hard to remove with damaging mirror surface of pans. However, customer serviced sorted out a replacement so swiftly.

Definitely recommend

The order was well packed and received on time. What I liked about Popat store was that 1 of the item was not in stock and staff rang me to discuss about alternative before the dispatch. Thank you Popat store.

Unexpected refund

I ordered some replacement parts for my Premier Super G Grinder. I placed two separate orders each with a charge for postage and packaging. As the parts were small Popat combined the orders into one and refunded a postage and packaging charge. That was very honest of them as they didn't have to do that.
