Patience Required

I ordered from them in November , I’ve sent 3 e-mails, nothing, it tells me it’s in shipping by Royal Mail but that was 30/11/23.

Avoid at all costs
My parcel arrived this morning from this company and I have no words. The box is battered completely on all sides, it was opened and a random pair of plastic broken glasses stuck out of the edge! I am totally disgusted that any company would send this box out so near Christmas! The box, as is the present is totally ruined!
I hate to think if it actually works...I haven't got round to checking yet as I can't get passed the state of the box!
How any company can send that out as new I will never know ...
Disgusting. I will never buy from this company again
