Pool Supplies Superstore and Dohenys are the same company. Two of the worst stores I have ever dealt with. They cancelled my order and banned me from ordering because they didn't ship a pool liner for over 4 months and I reversed credit card transaction. Do yourself a favor and deal with your local pool supplier

I thought I was buying a product from the pool supply superstore but when I got my solar cover it was from Dohenys instead. I had just got done with a very poor quality solar cover that only lasted 3 months and tried to place a warranty claim and they wanted to credit me 27 dollars out of 150 I had paid for it. I would not buy any products from either company. In my opinion they are both fraudulent

These folks screwed me out of $1100. 14-day return policy starts on day you place order. Received my order on day 13. Also, if you want to return an item you pay shipping. Was not communicated to me when placing order, nor is it on their website. Good luck if you do business with them.

I ordered a solid winter cover and a cover pump.. I received the pump within days. I haven't heard a word about when my cover will ship. I have emailed requesting information about this cover I've paid for and heard NOTHING.

Yes there was a problem with the order but it was resolved quickly.

Purchased epoxy primer and paint from this company to repaint the pool. Products arrived in a timely manner. The paint was excellent, kind of messy to mix up but went on nicely. Prices are comparable with other suppliers. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they do not pay for returns. I returned one gallon of paint and shipping was very expensive.

Pool cover is of great quality, and it was delivered quickly.

I always like ordering from here. I can get my items within a couple of days. The kits works great, as the time I open the pool it is still clear.

I ordered chemical for our pool closing, but unfortunately it got delayed in shipping and I ended up driving an hour to pick up what I needed from another source. I called to cancel the order, but it was delivered 3 days after cancellation. I returned the chemical and am confident I'll receive a credit. If I order product in the future, I'd do it in a more timely manner; as I realize shipping delays can occur.

These people are fast. I ordered the product late Monday night, and by noon on Wednesday, I received my order.

My $200 chlorine purchase is still not delivered. More than a month and season now over. Ridiculous.

Great Company and service.

I paid $107.37 for a pool cover for my 24 foot above ground pool. Since My previous experience with 5 year pool covers was so bad (they barely last the winter and leak into the pool) I decided to go with a 10 year liner. I prepped my pool and when the cover came I was sickened. It is nothing but the same or worse cheap thin plastic tarp. I put it on anyway since the pool was ready and leaves were beginning to fall but this "Solid Winter Cover for 24 ft Round Pools, 10 Year Warranty SKU: 8504COVR" is overpriced crap and I will NEVER do business with this company again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

I am very disappointed! I ordered a pool cover in August and it is September and they said it is back ordered and do not know when it is in stock. I had to ask the guy several times to cancel the order before he agreed to cancel it. He then told me I would get a confirmation email 30 minutes after I hang up that the order is canceled. It’s been a hour and I got a confirmation thanking me for my order!
Now I have to get back on the phone and fight to get it canceled. I am heading to my back to order a new card.

Appears to be good quality for the price point. I added a leaf net for one more layer of protection. I appreciate the extra large size (I believe it's 30 x 50) as it covers my lazy L shaped pool nicely. We'll see how it holds up. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is I haven't used it all winter yet. It comes as advertised.

The cover was extremely thin and the dimensions seemed smaller than stated

I bought a pool package in 2015. This summer we started noticing rust holes around the bottom outside walls, then I look under the deck and the whole wall was rust! Husband started taking the liner down to check if he could patch it but thewhole pool inside walls are pure rust! This is 7 yrs old, I never heard of such a thing! Unacceptable, do not buy fro this company!
