Searching a part
I contacted customer support when I was searching for the correct replacement part for my Calvin Shark Jet pump. Maria P. was very helpful to ensure I had the correct part and sent me the link to make it easier for me. I also requested info on purchasing the whole pump and asked if she could direct me to the ones that would be suitable for my use. She was very nice and again provided me with links to the correct ones. She provided the kind of customer service that makes you want to shop with them.
Satisfied Customer for the Past 12+ Years
Having been a customer of Pool Supplies Canada for over 12 years now, I honestly say I've had nothing but positive experiences in my dealings with them. They carry a vast array of pool and spa products that are always stocked and shipping is generally quick, within a couple days which is nice.
Can't say I've had many issues with product damage or warranty issues but the one or two times I did require their support, the matter was effectively resolved
While I often shop around at other pool product retailers, I regularly keep coming back to Pool Supplies as they are always competitively priced and their track record of service has earned my loyalty. As long as they maintain level of service, they will continue to see my business.
Defective Product and Refusal of Refund
I recently purchased a wireless pool robot cleaner from Pool Supplies Canada. Unfortunately, upon receipt and first use, the product did not work. We immediately repackaged it in the original box and reached out to your customer service team.
It required two follow-up messages before receiving a response. Once I did, I was informed that a refund would not be considered unless I provided proof by video that the unit was defective. I also spoke with a manager, Ray Lynne, who categorically refused a refund without such proof.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. Had I purchased this product through Amazon, a refund would have already been processed without unnecessary delays or demands. I chose to support a Canadian company, but I now deeply regret that decision given the lack of customer-centric service.
As a result, I will not purchase from Pool Supplies Canada again. I will be ordering a replacement from Amazon and will share my experience with others so they can make an informed choice.
Above Ground Pool Wall Replacement
I purchased an above ground pool. Upon installation we found a slit in the wall and were missing 3 styrofoam coving. I called customer service to order the 3 pieces. This was a nightmare, they couldn't find a price, they couldn't figure out how to have the product picked up by me. In the meantime, while waiting for them to confirm pickup of these 3 pieces my pool wall is standing. We found the slit when it was standing and hoped that the slit in the metal wall would not be a hinderance. However, when we installed the wall, this was not the case. The wall proceeded to fall in. I called to get a warranty claim but they couldn't do that as it was over 30 days since I received the product. The maker of the wall (Trendium Pool Products) would not stand behind their manufacturing issue either. Moving on, I decided to order just the wall replacement from Pools Supplies Canada, I placed the order on August 1 2025 from customer service representative, Emilia. Nothing happened, on Aug 14, 2025, I asked again, to place the order - I quoted the prices I was given on Aug 1 by Emilia. The response to the Aug 14 request - no response. I requested the parts to be ordered again on Aug 19. 2025. This time I received a response from Mya, telling me the pricing that Emilia gave me on Aug 1 was incorrect. Mya said she contacted the correct department for pricing and when she received the pricing she would update me. On Aug 21, Mya contacted me to say that I had to order 6 pieces of 2 of the parts, they couldn't sell me the 4. I requested. I responded by agreeing to purchase the 6 of the parts in question. It is now Sept 2 2025 and they have not confirmed the order. Pool Supplies Canada and Trendium Pools have terrible customer service, if they don't want to deal with you they just ignore you. Pool Supplies Canada do not stand behind their sales and Trendium Pools do not stand behind their manufacturing. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would!

Amazing company. Compassionate to customer needs - they try harder than any other company. Great prices & they price match!
Fast shipping!!! If it's not on the website, they often can order parts in for us. Returns and warranty issues have been very transparent when dealing with this company. Makenna is amazing at her job.

Pool Supplies Canada became my go to place in 2019 for parts, supplies and advice. Back then I needed over $2500 in upgrades... a new filter, heat pump, and other accessories. So far I've spent just over $3500 from Pool Supplies Canada, and every item was less expensive than I could find anywhere else.
The original cost of my pool over 25 years ago was $2500 for a 21' x 4.5' round. (not from PSC) To keep it looking new and running in top condition, it is more than worth the investment cost through PSC.
Lastly, I have to give a shout out to the customer service support team, especially Meghan D. She went above and beyond expectations in helping me. I had sent an email asking for advice on one particular item... from this, it turned into several email's back and forth with more questions, and Meghan always took the time to reply with detailed advice, was very courtious, freindly, and open to any future questions.

Device start giving error 10 after 25 month, warranty expire after 24 month, tried to get the customer service to look into error 10 issue, but no support available. Normal warranty in store is 36 month. This is a disapointement! Next purchase will be done in store with longer warranty period! Actually any purchase for motor, heater, robot, will always be done in store going forward!

I had ordered a pool liner for the first time with Pool Supplies Canada recognizing their prices were very competitive to a pool supply company that we have dealt with for over 17 years. We had an issue with the liner being too thin and I was able to explain my situation to the staff at the Company. Within in a few weeks, everything was resolved and they handled my situation in honour and kindness and I received my full refund. There customer service is amazing and i will continue to be a customer with this wonderful organization and phone them in the future before i decide to purchase anything since they are very open and patient to help people. Poor quality and customer service
Ordered an above ground pool, instalation was smooth and well explained and we had a pool installer help.
However, liner was defective. It's been 3 weeks and still no refund as promised.
We purchased a new liner from another company and was installed by a pool service, however, now the pool is warped and pole is so flimsy it has collapsed. Pool installer said that will be a problem and that they have also written reports regarding these pool brands and company. We may loose $1500 in water and the $8000 cost of the pool and installation.

This company went above and beyond, when I contacted them about the warranty on my solar blanket. It had separated at the seam and when I was on their website looing to reorder. I found that it was under warranty. Although I did not have my receipt or even an idea of how old it was. The staff found the information, informed me that it was covered under warranty, and they shipped me a new one. Thanks especially to Mya for her emails and service

Don’t do it. I have a simple question about misaligned pre-drilled holes, it’s been four days, and I can’t get someone to even call me back. You can save a few dollars, but find someone local to you who actually will help you if they send you the wrong part.

I bought a Hayward motherboard and new salt cell last summer and just noticed that the motherboard is no longer functioning. I contacted them to see what recourse could be done and they advised me that they couldn’t help as the warranty had expired so they told me to contact the manufacturer. It’s only really been used for about 5 months since last summer and always stored in doors during the winter months. We had no power surge, no electrical issues. This was a costly purchased. I must say that I’m very disappointed and will not purchase anything from them again.

About 3 weeks ago I contacted Canada Pool Supplies for parts foe a Hayward Tiger Shark QC pool cleaner.They had a helpful diagram for part selection but one part was a little tricky to understand.After a few discussions and emails Jesse cleared things up and now we know what is going on. Jesse kept investigating until he figured out the problem and he advised me how my order would be filled. Jesse dis very well. I have purchased from Canada Pool Supplies in the past and have always had good friendly and complete service.

I recently purchased a liner for my above ground pool. After installation, the liner appeared to have a defect. I contacted pool supplies and was immediately responded to by Maria and Makenna.
Makenna very quickly investigated the issue and shipped another liner without any hassles or problems. This company and the customer service provided by Makenna is nothing short of top notch. Professional , courteous , and prompt. Very refreshing to deal with a Canadian company with such detail to customer service. Will definitely use them again and highly recommended.
