I have just done a quick search of your order and can confirm all 6 of your revive mineral bags were processed, fullied and dispatched Monday this week. I apologise for the lack of information you received. You should of had a confirmation email sent to the address you provided with relevant tracking info, (maybe check spam?). Nevertheless, your order is already in transit and should be arriving very soon.

Poolrite have been very helpful in getting me Revive Pool Minerals - even when they have been out of stock! Very helpful customer service. Great website and they also accept Apple Pay which makes payment and delivery very quick and easy.

The customer service was incredible…
The customer service was incredible even tho the package went missing from the courier for a week the person that I contacted in the customer service department and made up for it she kept in contact and made sure that we received the part the next day by express post another part could not rate higher at how impressed I was with the level of service I received
