I recently purchased a 32ft intex pool from pool Pro. From my very 1st call to enquire about the product to it very quickly being delivered I can not fault the service at all. Graham was brilliant! Very friendly and very helpful, an absolute gentleman! I was kept updated on delivery and that all went smoothly too. Helpful and friendly delivery driver too. It's just a shame the store is about a 3 hour drive away so I couldn't thank them in person!

After finding our Bestway pool pump had given up on us, I was having a lot of problems trying to source a new one due to high demand.
Bestway have no customer service line and I am not very educated on pool pumps!
I came across Poolpro with a telephone number and an extremely helpful Graham was there to save me.
What a wonderful helpful man he is and very rare in this day and age to find such care and attention.
He kindly guided me to a fantastic pump for our above ground pool with an absolutely fantastic very powerful pump. No comparison with the Bestway one originally supplied with our pool.
He included some reducer adapter fittings and Filter and went out of his way to get them dispatched to me that very moment to arrive the next morning.
Thank you so much Graham for your help and advice, you certainly know your stuff.
The pump is so powerful.
I will certainly be very happy to return to your fantastic customer service and am looking to upgrade our Bestway aboveground pool to something more sturdy for next year.
Keep up your great service, if only all businesses were as helpful.

Absolutely Outstanding! We had a problem with our Intex sand filter which was still under warranty. Intex customer service was appalling. Spoke to Graham at Pool Pro and despite it not being their responsibility, he went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue. I cannot recommend this business highly enough.

Got a great deal small issue recognised and remedied the same day no fuss service unseen in today’s market place

I have been chopping at Poolpro for the last 3 years and the team are very knowledgeable and helpful. This year I was trying to link 6 Heater matts together for my intex above ground 15’ pool. Graham took the time to call
me on Sunday with a potential solution. This was despatched the next day and with the different parts sent I now have s very good solution. Highly recommended.

Ordered from the site on a Sunday and emailed Wednesday morning as the order said complete but I hadn't received it. They replied within the hour and the package was due that day.

Ordered 3 pool heaters yesterday, I must say I was a little dubious as they were significantly cheaper than everywhere else. Nether the less they arrived next day within 24 hours of ordering. Can't fault poolpro.
