A3 Press and drying rack
I have a purple A3 press and a drying rack from Pooki Presses and I love them both! I was using my etching press for my lino prints which was a massive effort, so this hand lever press is so much better and easier to use. The drying rack takes up hardly any space and is a great addition to my studio.

Poor Customer Service no order update
I ordered a A3 Pooki Press and cloth online 28/11/2022 for my daughters Christmas present and college work. Paid in full. The item was in stock on the website.
I received an email from Timothy Baldwin Proprietor 29/11/2022 advising my order will be delayed due to the company being on the backfoot with a machinery breakdown and delay is press materials arriving to them. Normal order time was 3-5 days. The email also advised to contact them for further information.
I emailed the shop 05/12/2022 asking for an update. NO REPLY to date. I have left a message on Timothy Baldwins mobile this afternoon and waiting a reply. So far 9 days passed since my order was purchased.
I feel very frustrated at the lack of communication, now wondering if I have been scammed?
I hope not as I have read online reviews and other customers have been happy.
Please just talk to your customers. If you are having issues why not add this to your Web page so customers can make an informed choice whether to buy from you or go elsewhere.
Still waiting in hope for the press to be made and delivered by Chistmas.
Update 16th December - Press delivered and well packaged thank you.

Can I get my presses delivered first please? I am waiting for a delivery for a while and no an exact date has been confirmed. I have paid a full price already.
