Lynn was very professional and friendly. She had visited the Hotel herself so was able to give first-hand information and requested the best floor for the views. She offered to input passport information and booked our seats on the flight. She will contact us when check-in is available and mentioned currency. Felt very comfortable booking here.

I visited ponteland travel in person in Chester le street to enquire about a Taylor made holiday, I spoke with Karen give her all my details left them with her and she emailed me back later that afternoon with details of everything I had asked for and other options, I then spoke with Karen over the phone and eventually we managed to narrow down and book the holiday. Karen was great very helpful pleasant and patient, she was very professional. This is first time using ponteland travel and I would definitely use them again. Thank you

Can't fault this travel agents especially Karen in Chester Le street. Whatever query I have, Karen goes out of her way to answer any questions I have even out of standard hours if it's urgent. She has a wealth of knowledge about traveling and does her very best to recommend a place which suits my needs. Definitely will book all my holidays with her in the future.

After visiting the Maldives last year we decided to book again for February 2026. I popped into see Karen @pontelandtravel for some help and advice, explained the sort of holiday we were after as taking my 21yr old daughter with us, and she was so helpful and full of knowledge as to our requirements. Karen kept in touch in the 2 months we took to decide and have finally booked. I must say, a smooth and personalised transaction and nothing was a problem to them. Karen was absolutely amazing in making our holiday happen and not only.
After an almost last minute announcement by a tourist company about there being works done at a hotel we had booked, Karen went out of her way to find us alternative hotel options.
In the end Karen booked us into an even better hotel in a better location. Karen and her team are brilliant at what they do. We can’t thank you enough.
