I ordered a personalised photo pixar cartoon style plaque. It came broken. I sent an email describing the issue. My problem was heard and acted upon. Therefore, they sent me a new one with a bit of modifications. The new one also came broken so they did issue me a partial refund for the same. Yes, I have issues with the quality and packaging but customer service is good. They address the issue properly and do act as is required.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this site. You absolutely DO NOT get what they advertise.
Shame this forum does not allow pictures, I ordered a 3D statue and received a printed picture.

Ordered spaceman from ponggi site with movable arms and legs with mirrored space helmet. What I received was nothing like the item ordered, £40 down the drain.
Do not buy from this site!!!

Do not trust. False advertisment, photos show you one thing and description descibe another thing. Went through paypal to get my money back, and paypal sided with them (ponggi.com)
So I was not happy I escalated the case and paypal offer me my money back in paypal voucher that I could only use when, shopping through PayPal again, I had to acept it I had no choice or I never get my money back. I thought I was buying 3D fishing ornament for partner, it has two different styles A and B and even written A and B on the photos to say this is what it looks like, that what I thought but the description does not say the same. Be very carful I would never buy from them every again!

Never will I buy here again £35 including post and packing. For a hardwood boxing glove, not padded glove as in the picture. Clock hands do not fit, only fit for the bin

Ordered a 30cm nutcracker plush with movable legs arms etc but what I received was a picture of the advertised nutcracker transferred onto a small pillow £35.87 refusing a return and give me a refund hopefully paypal will sort this out

Order took twice as long to arrive than stated. When product arrived it was nothing like the photos on the website. Photo is a 3d personalised toy dog, product is a 2d flat cushion with a dog printed on it - hideous!!!

Part of hair on one fell off as I took it out of the box. Glasses missing on one person's image. We only recognise the people by their clothes. A waste of money.

I have just received the custom motorbike cushion i ordered its nothing like what was stated on the website if I wanted a cushion with a transfer on i could of got one of them much cheaper and much faster , people STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Worst place i have dealt with. No provision to edit your order. No confirmation email. No order number. Pathetic communication. And when I asked to cancel as they wouldn't edit my order with a photo I wanted they said they were keeping 30% of purchase price. Would not recommend

The product sent was nothing like what the photos showed in their advert. Paid nearly £50 for a piece of plastic with a photo suck on it. It really hurts to have been so conned by this company and I thought I would be careful who you deal with. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT PONGGI in CHINA. They have actually broken every misrepresentation rule. yet still trading.

Character looked nothing like the photo I uploaded for my sister's Birthday 6 inch figure to the point that she is unrecognizable..instead of looking like my sister, it looks more like the star of Abbott Elementary! I'm embarrassed and would not present it to her. 50.00 dollars wasted

Extremely poor. I should of checked reviews before ordering. item ordered, no receipt given as ordered through paypal. This company then stated they could not help with my issue without a receipt despite me sending them evidence of the paypal transaction. Paypal eventually refunded. Facebook profile kind of tells me this company scams a lot of people. AVOID at all costs

Disappointing Experience with Ponggi – Poor Quality and Long Time

I placed an order with Ponggi on February 7, 2025, and only received it on February 24, 2025, which was already a major letdown. However, the biggest disappointment was the quality of the products. The personalized gifts I ordered looked nothing like the images on the website. The photos were poorly edited, and the final result was completely different from what was promised.

I had ordered these gifts for my wife, but honestly, I was embarrassed to give them to her. This is absolutely not what I expected. Given the misleading presentation on the website and the poor quality of the products, I am requesting a full refund. Unfortunately, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I ordered and then panicked because I started reading the reviews but my item arrived and I absolutely love it. Took just over two weeks. I do think tracking could be improved as when I clicked the link in the email it didn’t take me anywhere, I then worried that I was being hacked. If I was to do this again I would buy from the uk to avoid the stress but that’s just my experience and opinion.

I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but our item arrived today and it’s absolutely perfect! Took about 2 weeks to deliver, we ordered the carousel with personalised photos that go around it, so that’s really not bad time wise. its so perfect! Very happy! Recommend. We are UK based for reference 🇬🇧

I usually read reviews first but I made the mistake of not doing it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHADY SITE. Still not received what I purchased 😕 not looking like I ever will at this stage 😡

As I have had no response from you I was hoping to get a refund I know sliver what you sent it's not £36.00 worth as you can see in the pictures that pendants I have to not match your website.
There for you have given me no chance but to write a bad review something I didn't want to.

Ordered our daughter a photo paw print necklace for her 18th birthday as we'd recently lost our dog. Arrived and had several blemishes in the photo on the necklace, emailed and explained and they wanted photos of damage, which we tried several ways to try and get but it was impossible. I offered to send it back at their cost as it was damaged, so that they could see the damage for themselves but they said they can't do that as it's a personalised gift, they also would not give me a refund. They blamed it on the photo I'd supplied but there were no blemishes or marks on the photo, you could tell it was a problem their end. They said they'd make another necklace and just charge me postage and that I could choose a different photo if I wanted, I was sceptical but because my daughter was so disappointed I decided to go ahead, I choose another photo to be absolutely certain it wasn't a problem with the photo, it also ended up being another £4 on top of postage but I didn't want to let daughter down. Surprise, surprise the replacement arrived and also has blemishes in the photo!!
Avoid this company, not worth the money!
