Purse is lovely, straps are very good quality.
Returned the first purse I bought as I wanted something smaller. Took awhile to get the replacement, but Customer Service was helpful and quick to respond.

Beautiful bags
These bags are beautiful, there are so many colours and styles. I now own around 20, all different to match any outfit at any time of the year. Customer service also super helpful and quickly sort any queries. I highly recommend Pom Pom London

Lovely bags..my only criticism is that the colours often come up a bit darker on your bag as they appear a shade or two lighter on the website.

Just ordered two bags city mini in salt grey and a Kensington bag in stone both are absolutely beautiful

I have more than 15 bags from PPL
I have more than 15 bags from PPL. The delivery is quick and ordering process is simple. The mix and match option is great with the two additional straps. The bags always arrive as described. The only downside is the lighter coloured bags tend to pick up colour transfer from jeans. It cleans off easily with leather cleaner. Otherwise I’ve had no issues of any major concern over the past 2 years. When they were only $155CAD for a city I’d say they were fantastic value. Now they are just decent bags for the price.

I have been buying Pompom London bags since the Kings Coronation , they are addictive , the leather quality , the colours each season , the new style launches , the list goes on but most of all it is about the service , it is second to none .
