I purchased a 2 carat diamond.
I purchased a 2 Carat diamond for my wife and within 6 months it had a chip in it. Customer service was rude and said "there's nothing we can do".
I will never shop there again!

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Tried to return earrings and their website return process errors out. I call customer service and they cannot process return without skimming $100 off the price I paid. They they have to ‘escalate’ to support folks, who never call you back. Scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR BLISS DIAMONDS THEY APPEAR TO BE CONNECTED. I ORDERED A WEDDING BAND MARCH 30, 2025 with a note i need ring by April 16th and willing to pay extra to expedite order. called April 2-Wednesday about order that still had not shipped concerned the ring may not arrive on time. was assured some one would reach out again offered to pay extra to expedite delivery- no response as i was assured I would receive email response to my call. I called again April 4 -Friday order still had not shipped i was told then the order was not scheduled to ship until April 11. voiced concerns it took 2 weeks from order just to ship. Rep offered to cancel order advised I would go buy another ring Saturday and call back to cancel order. I asked to hold off on order cancel until I secure a ring. Purchased a band the next day ( Saturday) from Diamonds Direct store. Called Sunday cancelled order rep verified again the ring had not shipped. I explained I purchased another ring and would like to cancel my order. Rep advised she could see notes that I called on the 2nd and 4th about the ring concerned it may not arrive in time and no one replied to my initial request to expedite order. She assured me she would escalate the cancellation request not to worry the item has not shipped no problem.
I followed up via email to support TEAM on Tuesday April 8 @2:42pm confirming my request for order cancellation.
Received a response from Customer Support Team on April 8 @1:43 stating Thank you
Recevied an email from SupportTEAM on April 9 @11:53am confirming receipt of cancellation request. I was told they noticed the order appears to be in polish( keep in mind order has not shipped) they want to double check if I am sure if I want to proceed with cancellation.
I replied April 9 @ 1:02pm confirming again I want to cancel order and requesting full refund asked how long will it take for refund
Received email from Support TEAM April 9 @3:40pm confirming again my order cancellation and refunds typically process within 7 business days.
Replied April 9 @7:02pm that I recevied notification my order will ship soon. I advised this order was cancelled and should not be shipped asked that they ensure it does not.

I Replied April 11 @12:51pm I was not home was notified by camera someone was on my property.I saw the FedEX driver throw the package on my porch. The driver did not step on my porch, knock on my door or ring door (no opportunity to refuse delivery). I called FedEx to go pick up package I am not home and driver did not ring my door bell to refuse delivery. I was told the shipper did not require signature nor notified them to cancel delivery and send back to sender. Fed Ex advised it was not their issue and could not send driver to pick up package. NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO DATE.
I arrived back home last night package was still on my porch. I emailed Support team APRIL 12@6:33am requesting mailing label to have item shipped back. NO RESPONSE.

I tried to return an item for a refund, but the Pompeii3 website always stalled before I could complete it. I called customer service several times and was told that their server was 'temporarily out' (well, I tried it for ONE week...) and they would reach out to me. They never did and i am stuck with an expensive item i dont want. Dont buy from them unless you are absolutely sure you will keep the piece.

BUYER BEWARE! I bought a ring from Pompeii3 after 6 months when the protective coating wore off my wife developed a rash that made her finger bleed. When I contacted them the sales person suggested I upgrade it to a platinum ring, because it had "less impurity's" for an additional 1400 and after I spent the extra money the same thing happened. Now I am going around to different places with this 5600 appraisal they gave me and no one is willing to give me more than 200 dollars for this garbage ring with as many flaws as possible you can have in the diamond. It also states 1ct but it is not 1ct it's like 1/4 or may be 1/2 ct. How do places like this get the ability to sell junk to the public with out going through some kind of scrutiny, is beyond me!

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!! My fiancé ordered a ring before Christmas and it was meant to arrive the first week of January. The ring didn't show up until the end of January. They cited that they were busy over the holidays. We accepted it. Then in late February I noticed one of the diamonds was missing. I have a desk job and and vigilant about taking the ring off when cooking/cleaning. The quality is just, simply put, trash. However, I still want the ring, so I asked for an exchange. I called them wanting to get a timeline as to when I would receive the replacement. They said they would respond within 24 hours. The next day no call, no email. I waited another day and called again - same response, "you'll get a response within 24 hours." Still nothing. A week went by, I called again; guess what? Same answer and again no response. At this point, I'm unsure as to how to proceed. I don't want to send the ring back for fear that I'll never get it back. I don't want to keep it because it's missing a diamond. I'm disgusted with their service. This is one of those companies that have no problem taking your money, but disappear if there is ANY issue whatsoever after the fact. Again, didn't want a refund, didn't want a discount or anything - just wanted a timeline and expedited shipping. I highly suggest going to a reputable jeweler if you don't want a two week long (minimum) headache! Run, don't walk from this website.

I ordered 2 semi mount engagement rings
I ordered 2 semi mount engagement rings, hoping one would be suitable for my diamond. Neither ring worked so I sent them back in original packaging. I received one email processing refund. Then a second saying they would only refund only one. That some how the order number- the ONLY order number I was given, only applied to one ring and I would SOMEHOW have to prove I had returned both.
I replied that I had done everything correctly and included the photo of the package as mailed. To date I have received refund for only one ring and they have failed to communicate any further.
This company has lost my trust by keeping my money and requiring an impossible method of proof of return. I ordered from their website but be aware they are also on eBay.

Men’s 2 carat lab ring
Upon receiving my men’s 2 carat lab channel set diamond ring. Immediately noticed the ring is very light in the gold weight for 14 karat. The lab diamonds are of poor quality. Couple of the diamonds are not properly set in the channel of the ring, Gravely disappointed in Pompeii. I was hoping this would be a good first time experience. The free lab .50 earrings were a joke! Working on getting everything returned and never purchase from this company again. Let ‘s see how long they take in their customer Service for a refund. Please be warned, please beware, their product quality/service must really waiver.

should have listened to poor service reviews
I searched and searched for the right anniversary band. Pompeii kept showing up in my feed and I procrastinated due to it being an e-commerce jeweler. But, i kept coming back to the beautiful ring I saw. My love for the ring overtook by trepidations and the reviews I read. I now have regret. The ring is beautiful, trying to purchase it was difficult. 2 months after it arrived a stone fell out and customer service has been a nightmare. I now have a defective ring that I refuse to send back just for the simple fact that I don't trust they will say they received it or I will ever get it back. Customer Service seems to be a big black hole where messages get lost, ignored, and instructions for my return are so convoluted.

Update; [[I happen to be near a reputable jewelry store that I was familiar with and after lunch. I stopped in and asked them about the quality of my ring, he looked at it through a microscope and used a handheld tester. Only one of the stones tested as real even through the microscope he felt uneasy about three of them. The handheld said those three were moissanite mind you the fifth one was real, but the fourth one he said he thinks it’s just glass. I was afraid to show him the 2 1/2 carat stone ring I had just recently purchased which looks really nice and my amateur ability to look at the stone in the 2 1/2 carats. I think they’re real but I didn’t wanna know the truth at this point. I feel I’ve been taken on the first ring I bought from them.]] I bought a 1.5 ct Lab grown 10k white gold ring. The picture didn’t match heft of the ring. Very thin and inner ring isn’t solid and makes it not so comfortable. My biggest issue 1 stone came out. Lucky I was to find it as I stepped on it bare foot in my kitchen. Called about it GS was fine but why send it back to much trouble. I’m getting it reset at a jeweler. Jeweler said stones are LG quality but poor setting.

Do not buy from this store
Do not buy from this store. I bought what supposed to be a 1/2 ct diamond stud. What came was not close to a 1/2ct it was probably only 0.10-0.20ct. The stone itself is of poor quality, the top surface of the diamond has a weird scruff on it. Their return policy is worst. You wont get the full price you paid for when you ask for a refund.
