Supported them through crowd funding

Supported them through crowd funding. Had a working Pomabrush for about 1 year, then it stopped charging. The charging was unrealiable in the start, but usable. When the charging stopped, I reached out to them in november 2022, and they said they would get a new one sent to me straight away. They stopped answering the support email, and when you ask them to contact you on their forms, nothing happens. I'm still waiting on an update after the past 2 years.

Excellent service with new owners and replacement of faulty Pomabrush

I had many issues with the previous company that was European-based, but in February 2024, I was contacted by the new owners, Pomadent Australia, based in Melbourne, who have replaced my faulty Pomabrush, with a personal delivery of the replacement brush! The review below is from my previous review, 9 months ago, out of frustration and giving up. Here is the update with the new owners, who are gradually working their way through the customer list and reaching out to those customers previously affected by faulty brushes, and offering replacements after verifying the faulty brush.

The new owners reached out to me in February 2024 after seeing my review on this website, and the frustrations that I had experienced with my previous faulty Pomabrush. They had organized for Australia Post to pick up my faulty brush, but when there were issues with Austraila Post, I had a personal visit from the new owner on a Saturday morning, who had driven 1 hour to my home to deliver a brand new Pomabrush and pick up the faulty one for testing! What an incredible turn around! Francois has changed my whole perception of the company, with the company now based in Melbourne, and will be designing their own future iterations of their product range, so there will be better control of quality and rectifying any previous faults.

My suggestion to everyone is, if you have previously been affected and had a negative experience, reach out to the new owners, Pomadent Australia, so that they rectify the issues and provide the quality customer service that we expect for a premium product.
For any new potential customers, this is a premium product with excellent customer service, based in Victoria, Australia, so if you have any issues, just reach out to them and they will help you with it.
I am not being paid anything for this updated product review. I am just wanting to update everyone on the new owners and the excellent service that they now provide, and being responsive to any concerns raised. The product is a great product, easy to use, convenient for travelling, a premium product for a great lifestyle change.

Below is what I wrote last year, so you can see where I was at before the improved customer service from the new owners and new company.

The product is great when it works. Mine suddenly stopped working last year, and I contacted customer service in early September 2022. I have sent so many emails to them (including videos as they requested), and they finally sent an email back to me in February 2023, saying that they'll replace it, but no other emails have been received since then, even after I have sent emails to them asking for a response. Non-existent customer service and a lot of wasted money and time. Not happy.

Not worth the risk

I have purchased their product when it was still subject to crowd funding. Received a very attractive toothbrush, that held the charge, brushed brilliantly and was a perfect travel companion. My toothbrush died recently after more than 2 years worth of use. And this would be a positive review if not problems with my next order...
Since I enjoyed the toothbrush, I wanted to share the love and got one for my partner as a Christmas gift. It got here within expected time but unfortunately only half of the order arrived. No holder, no brush heads.
In the last 3 month I sent about 10 emails. Received one apologising and promising to sort it out. That was two months ago. Nothing since.

The things is, now my old toothbrush simply stopped working, I would just get another one if the company was competent.

I do feel I got my money's worth and with my spare brush heads, I hope my partner will manage to use it for a decent period of time too.

Dreadful Service

This company overpromises and under-delivers. I bought a brush in 2021, It stopped working after 3 months. Despite many promises to replace it, I am still waiting. They are the pits. I received an e-mail from them today offering me a great deal.

Only lasted 1 month

I received the PomaBrush in August 2021, and it died on September 2021. I was promised a replacement, and I'm still waiting a year later. I wouldn't purchase the PomaBrush because it doesn't last, and support does not deliver on their promises of a replacement.

STAY. AWAY. You Will Thank Me Later.

This appears to be the same company as PomaBrush which has a horrible reputation online, just check youtube and other review sites.

These products didn't last 3 months, and PomaBrush aka PomaDent promised a refund for over 1.5 YEARS. Yes. YEARS. They never came through. They just kick the can down the road and NEVER REFUND even though their products are under "warranty" and are FAULTY from the factory/poor quality.

So I filed a chargeback from my credit card and got all my money back. A lot of people did this.

STAY AWAY from Poma/PomaDent/PomaBrush/whatever they rebrand to in the future. Literally the worst company I have ever interacted with. No exaggeration.

Be very careful with the brand

Be very careful with the brand. I bought a brush when the company's domain was slightly different (pomabrush). The device stopped working in less than a year, and the company agreed on a replacement that never happened.

Some details: the new brand, but I'm still in their newsletter base. Plus company registered as Pomabrush

So very happy with my replacement brush…

So very happy with my replacement brush heads. I abolutely love my Poma toothbrush but I hadn't ordered replacement heads when I bought the brush. I ordered on Black Friday (not very smart) so shipping took a little longer than usual, but now the shipment is here and I am very happy. The absolutely best looking toothbrush there is and very comfortable to use.
