I had issues, but support resolved.
There seems to be issues with polygon and my transaction was stuck for over 14 hours.
I begun to worry, I searched the company in google and was shocked to find very small negative reviews and nothing else.
This is where I panic, I mail support and they get back to me and instructed me on how to resolve my issue.
My crypto is now in my wallet, and I will use this again!

Seems v unqualified support team
Seems v unqualified support team. Just don’t answer direct question on the issue, constantly suggest the solution which just doesn’t work (like ‘try another browser’). The issue is that they have a button on the website, which is always stuck in ‘initializing’ mode

Do not touch this company or the polygon or matic Blockchain. There are two versions which are incompatible and you will lose your money. Do not invest in them. If you invest in Bitcoin or Ethereum you have those investments in those actual cryptos. NOT WITH MATIC IT EXISTS IN TWO INCOMPATIBLE UNIVERSES AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. AVOID!!!! If you send money to a relative and there are two universes the money will never get to them and your have lost it and the developers don't give a s**t.
