Always excellent service
Always excellent service! My package was not delivered when the shipping company said it had been. I contacted Polyestershoppen and a new one was sent immediately. After the new one arrived, the original package also arrived a day later. I offered to purchase the second shipment, but Polyestershoppen offered the package for free :)
As an artist in a tight financial situation, this type of support means a ton. I have been a customer of them for several years and will remain one for life.
